IT hardly seems possible that Safe Local Trades is nearing its 10th anniversary, with hundreds of satisfied customers leaving over 9,000 local reviews for our tried and tested traders since it began.

Safe Local Trades is an award-winning community-focused service, aimed at providing consumers with a reliable and professional service each time they search for a tradesperson – making a stand against the rogue traders and cowboy builders. Following the huge success of Safe Local Trades, demand from non-trade services has led to the establishment of our sister company, Safe Local Services.  Since Safe Local Trades was established in 2008, we have been asked for recommendations on dozens of different services outside the remit of tradesmen and, by end of this year, we will be able to meet that consumer demand with our new service to cater for this.

The aim is again to provide consumers with professionals – anything from dog groomers to legal firms – who undergo a vetting process – giving you that peace of mind you need when instructing a service.  What is great about this  - as we have seen with Safe Local Trades - is that each service will have its own profile, gallery of images and a chance for consumers to leave their own feedback and review. We have certainly found over the past nine years that consumers trust our recommendations. However the benefit is two-fold, as professions becoming a member of Safe Local Services will benefit from an already trusted and highly respected service - as well as a reputable brand name. Gaining the Safe Local Services seal of approval will provide instant consumer confidence and trust in them and their business, and ultimately win more business.  Spaces for services will be limited to a first come first served basis, and anyone keen to be featured on Safe Local Services within the PE postcode can register their interest now at https://www.safelocaltrades.com/safe-local-services/

We will bring you news of the launch and how you can make use of the service in the very near future.
